Froswa’ Booker-Drew, Ph.D. is a Network Weaver who believes relationships are the key to our personal, professional, and organizational growth. She has been quoted and featured in several media outlets due to her extensive background in leadership, nonprofit management, philanthropy, partnership development, training, and education. She is the founder of Soulstice Consultancy, LLC, providing organizational cultural training, leadership training, community engagement strategies and philanthropic and partnership guidance for institutions. She is also co-founder of HERitage Giving Circle, one of the first Black women's Giving Circles in the State of Texas, and co-founder of both Power in Action-Dallas and the South Dallas Employment Project.
Meet the Founder
Froswa’ graduated with a PhD from Antioch University in Leadership and Change with a focus on social capital, diverse women, change management, and relational leadership. Dr. Booker is currently an adjunct professor at Tulane University in the Master of Public Administration Program, teaching the Governance, Leadership, and Sustainability course, and at Point Loma Nazarene University in the Master's of Public Administration program.
She is the author of 5 books: “Fly Away”, “Ready for a Revolution: 30 Days to Jolt Your Life”, “Rules of Engagement: Making Connections Last”, “Empowering Charity: A New Narrative of Philanthropy”, with her latest book being released in June of 2025 – “Front Porch Wisdom: Navigating Leadership Pressures and Barriers As a Woman of Color”.

Meet the Director of Impact and Innovation
Kazai Drew is a relationship-driven problem solver who brings both creativity and strategy to her work. With a background in photography, writing, and marketing, she approaches challenges with a unique blend of storytelling and systems thinking—helping individuals and organizations move from ideas to meaningful, measurable impact.
As Director of Impact and Innovation at Soulstice Consultancy, Kazai leads and supports a range of community-centered initiatives. Her work includes asset mapping, curriculum development, and facilitating leadership cohorts designed to strengthen connection, build capacity, and create lasting change. She is especially passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and equipped to lead within their communities.
Kazai graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University in 2022, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising. She is currently continuing her academic journey at Antioch University, where she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Sciences through the Individualized Master’s Program—allowing her to deepen her focus on community impact, equity, and innovative approaches to social change.
At her core, Kazai is someone who values relationships just as much as results. Whether she’s facilitating a cohort, building curriculum, or collaborating with partners, she brings intentionality, curiosity, and care to every space she enters.
Outside of her professional and academic work, Kazai enjoys spending time with her family and her cat, Mac.
